Baily House

Here at Baily House we really like to celebrate the achievements of our staff, and one of the ways that we do this is through our “Employees of the Month”. For each month of the year we choose two employees who have stood out and gone the extra mile.

The employees of the month for July are:

Kirsty Ray – Senior Care Assistant & Tina Toseland – Care Assistant

 

Kirsty – The work Kirsty does with the residents who have dementia is amazing, she has a full understanding of each and every one of their individual needs and preferences. She supports all other members of staff and is a positive and caring influence to all that are a part of Baily House! Keep up the good work Kirsty!

 

Tina – Is a ray of sunshine here at Baily House, she is always lively and entertaining with her singing, dancing and spoon playing! She works hard to put a smile on all of the residents faces and treats each and every person she cares for with respect and dignity.

We are pleased to introduce our Home Manager Rachel Squire. Rachel has over 7 years experience in care work with older adults and has specialised in care for those with a dementia.

Rachel was an integral part of the team that opened, trained all the staff and commissioned Baily House.

Rachel has achieved her NVQ level 5 registered managers award and is an advocate for staff training and forward thinking – looking for new ways to meet the ambitions of the residents.

Rachel is passionate about providing personalised care and has recruited a high quality team to deliver this at Baily House.

Today was Valentines Day, and all of our residents enjoyed a special day. With everyone receiving a personal red rose
