Caring for the whole person
We all had a wonderful evening at the very first Woscars awards ceremony last night.
The staff at both Woodleigh Christian Care Home and Baily House Care Home spent the evening at Il Rosso where we celebrated each others achievements, and gave out awards voted for by the Residents, relatives, and the staff themselves.

We are pleased to introduce our Home Manager Rachel Squire. Rachel has over 7 years experience in care work with older adults and has specialised in care for those with a dementia.
Rachel was an integral part of the team that opened, trained all the staff and commissioned Baily House.
Rachel has achieved her NVQ level 5 registered managers award and is an advocate for staff training and forward thinking – looking for new ways to meet the ambitions of the residents.
Rachel is passionate about providing personalised care and has recruited a high quality team to deliver this at Baily House.
Today was Valentines Day, and all of our residents enjoyed a special day. With everyone receiving a personal red rose
