 Woodleigh Christian Care Home is located in a peaceful part of Mansfield, so you will feel instantly at home in a safe, secure environment. The original building dates from 1882 and retains some of its original features, for example, the tiling and stained glass in the entrance hall. The main building overlooks the garden and it has a chapel, now used as a dining room, attached to it. The building has been specially adapted to include passenger lifts, specialised bathing and lifting equipment. With accommodation on two floors we offer very high quality accommodation and services, provided by friendly staff who make sure you have everything you need.
 Situated on Norfolk Drive, just opposite Tesco and the council offices, Woodleigh has private landscaped gardens and patio areas. There’s also plenty of parking space for any friends or family who come to visit you. Your visitors are important to us, and of course are very welcome here. Friends and family can come to see you at any time throughout the day and evening. They can visit you in your own room, in any of the lounge and dining areas, or in our a quiet room and they are welcome to share meal times with you.
A purpose built extension was added when Woodleigh first became a nursing home, including a conservatory overlooking the courtyard.
 There are 36 beds in a mixture of tastefully decorated single and double rooms. All have their own washbasin and the majority have an ensuite toilet and fitted furniture. All residents are encouraged to bring in personal items to help make Woodleigh their home.
